  • He is a Subject Matter Expert at the Indian Institute of Development Management (IIDM), specializing in CSR, industrial engineering, and corporate strategy. With over 35 years of leadership experience in the power and infrastructure sectors, he has held board-level and executive roles across major national and international organizations, including BHEL, Gammon India, and the Electrical Construction Company in Libya. Dr. Mehrotra brings deep expertise in project planning, execution, and operations across thermal, hydro, and renewable energy domains. His strategic insights in corporate governance, cross-border industrial collaboration, and sustainable infrastructure development continue to inform IIDM’s engagements in policy, training, and industrial transformation initiatives.

  • She is a public policy and development specialist affiliated with the Indian Institute of Development Management (IIDM), bringing over a decade of experience in governance advisory, urban infrastructure, environmental sustainability, and gender inclusion. A Master of Public Administration graduate from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, she has provided strategic advisory services to multiple Indian state governments and international organizations, including Ernst & Young, UN agencies, and the Government of Peru. Her expertise spans policy design, impact evaluation, urban poverty alleviation, and the incubation of inclusive pilot models in water, sanitation, and livelihood sectors. Abhinaya’s work reflects a strong commitment to social equity, sustainable development, and data-driven policy reform

  • He serves as the Chief Consultant – Training & Documentation at the Indian Institute of Development Management (IIDM), Bhopal. With over 30 years of experience in academic research, development banking, and organizational development, Dr. Mishra brings a unique blend of expertise in training, policy evaluation, and documentation of development initiatives. A Ph.D. in Agriculture and former faculty at leading institutions including NABARD Staff College and multiple agricultural universities, he has been at the forefront of numerous capacity-building and research projects across India. At IIDM, Dr. Mishra has led critical interventions in governance, health, gender empowerment, and institutional strengthening, supported by organizations such as UNICEF, World Bank, and DANIDA. His work continues to shape evidence-based practices and strategic training frameworks across development sectors

  • He serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Health and Hospital Logistics at IIDM. With over four decades of professional experience, Dr. Buch has demonstrated expertise in public health management, healthcare systems strengthening, training and capacity development, and program implementation. He has held senior positions within the Government of Gujarat, including as Principal of the Health and Family Welfare Training Center in Rajkot, and has provided consultancy to national and international organizations such as UNICEF. As a nationally recognized trainer in IMNCI, HIV/AIDS, and RCH, Dr. Buch has made significant contributions to health policy formulation, curriculum development, hospital evaluation, and health education campaigns. His extensive body of work reflects a deep commitment to improving public health outcomes across diverse settings.

  • He is a Subject Matter Expert at IIDM, with a strong background in public policy, data analysis, and development research. He holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a focus on policy analysis and quantitative methods. His expertise spans program evaluation, impact assessment, and statistical modeling, particularly in the areas of health communication, urban governance, and innovation strategy. At IIDM, Mr. Kartik has contributed to several key projects, including impact assessments funded by UNICEF and digital governance studies. His proficiency in tools such as STATA, SAS, and Qualtrics enables him to deliver rigorous, data-driven insights to support policy and programmatic decision-making.


  • She is a senior academician and subject matter expert in Food and Nutrition, with over 42 years of teaching and research experience in higher education. A Gold Medalist, she retired as Professor from Sarojini Naidu Girls PG College, Bhopal, and currently serves as Director at the Madhya Pradesh Institute of Travel and Tourism Studies. She has guided 12 Ph.D. scholars, authored 35 research papers, and completed UGC-funded projects on nutrition awareness and dietary counselling. Dr. Varma is actively engaged in curriculum design, policy advising, and nutritional interventions for tribal welfare. She has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Chief Minister’s Award and Best Teacher honours. As a national-level expert, she contributes to the Home Science Association of India and Nutrition Society of India, and enriches IIDM’s initiatives through her expertise in nutrition education, public health, and social development.

  • With a strong background in policy evaluation, development economics, and public service delivery. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, where she specialized in Economic and Political Development, with minors in Africa and International Conflict Resolution. At IIDM, she leads evaluation efforts for national programs such as the Nationwide Artificial Insemination Programme, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform policy decisions. With prior consulting roles at the United Nations Department of Peace Operations and Global Policy Insights, Arundhati has advised on best practices for peacebuilding, gender equity, and sustainable development.

  • He is a Consultant and Subject Matter Expert at the Indian Institute of Development Management (IIDM) with over four decades of diverse professional experience spanning public health, social development, and project evaluation. A science graduate from the University of Rajasthan, he has led impactful work with organizations such as UNFPA, Sightsavers, and the Rajasthan Voluntary Health Association. Mr. Bhaskar has been instrumental in addressing issues such as gender equity, tobacco control, and community-based rehabilitation, with a focus on training, advocacy, research, and documentation. His expertise includes program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and grassroots-level interventions, particularly around the PCPNDT Act, declining sex ratios, and reproductive health.
