Confidential reporting of information

This whistleblower portal serves as a secure communication channel for reporting serious violations of IIDM’s internal code of conduct, policies, and applicable laws. For a report to be processed, it must be directly related to the work of IIDM.

The following types of issues may in particular be reported:

  • Corruption and bribery

  • Embezzlement, fraud, or misappropriation

  • Conflicts of interest

  • Sexual misconduct or exploitation

  • Violations of human rights

  • Breaches of environment-related obligations

All reports received are carefully reviewed and handled confidentially by designated case examiners within IIDM’s Governance and Compliance team. To support proper investigation, it is helpful if reports include as much detail as possible and, where possible, a postbox is set up for follow-up queries.

Within its abilities, IIDM ensures that no whistleblower faces negative consequences for submitting a substantiated report in good faith.

By submitting your report, you are contributing to the prevention or timely resolution of potential harm both within IIDM and in its external engagements. We sincerely thank you for your support.

Please note: General complaints (e.g., concerning tenders, recruitment processes, or non-critical matters) that are not related to serious violations should be directed to the appropriate contact points within IIDM.
